An Orbit is a self-contained workspace: its own branding, subdomain, members, events, and permissions. Chapters, regions, or sub-communities each get one, and the data in an Orbit is isolated from every other Orbit unless you explicitly roll it up to the parent organization.

Yes — that is the reason Horbit exists. A parent organization can create unlimited Orbits, delegate admin access per chapter, and see attendance, membership, and growth across all of them from a single dashboard.

Your first Orbit is free, including unlimited free events, registrations, and check-ins. Paid plans add extra Orbits, paid ticketing, custom subdomains, SMS, and advanced reporting.

Connect a payment provider and sell paid tickets or recurring memberships directly from your Orbit. Revenue is tracked per Orbit, so each chapter can reconcile its own finances while the parent organization still sees the whole picture.

Import members and past attendees from a spreadsheet during setup. Existing membership tiers, renewal dates, and contact details carry over, so you are not restarting your community from zero.

Only people you grant access to. Roles are scoped per Orbit, so a chapter lead sees their chapter and nothing else, and members are never shared across Orbits without an explicit action from an admin.
