Yes. Creating an Orbit, adding members and publishing free events costs nothing, and every new Orbit gets 300 starter units for its first messages. You only top up when you send more.
Units are prepaid credit for things that cost us to deliver — emails through our mail service, SMS, WhatsApp messages, certificates and AI drafts. One unit costs ₦0.50. Units never expire, and a send is stopped before it starts if your balance cannot cover it.
